Ramon Guajardo Sr.

Growing up on a farm in West Texas, Ramon Sr. never envisioned working in the development and construction industry.  After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, Ramon Sr. unexpectedly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  After serving his country, Ramon Sr. with his wife and child in tow, relocated to the DFW area in the early 1970s.

From this point forward, Ramon Sr. worked in various public administrator positions at a College and with different municipalities.  It wasn’t until Ramon Sr. was employed by the City of Fort Worth, Texas that his career became established.  During this period Ramon Sr. earned his Master's Degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.  After a very successful and respected 27-year career with the City of Fort Worth, Ramon Sr. retired as an Assistant City Manager in 2001.  It was at this time that the Fort Worth Housing Authority requested that Ramon Sr. consult them with the upcoming task of selling a major piece of property that provided housing to more than 400 tenants.  From that point forward Ramon Sr. unintentionally started a new career as an expert in the implementation of affordable housing.  Ramon Sr. has come to gain the respect of clients such as the Fort Worth Housing Authority, the City of Fort Worth, the City of Granbury, the Granbury Housing Authority, the Denton Housing Authority, and private developers within the industry.

Personally, Ramon Sr. loves to spend time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.  Either at home, outdoors, or at the beach of Port Aransas.  Ramon Sr’s love for sports is shown in his support for Texas Tech, TCU, Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and the Dallas Mavericks.  Ramon Sr. and his wife enjoy the arts and are often seen at local plays, musicals, and operas.  Active in the community, he serves on specific non-profit boards and committees that benefit local child development and education.

With an elite record in construction services, Daniel was raised in the architecture and construction industry.  His first ‘internship’ was at a small local architecture firm when he was only nine years old. His passion only grew over time, and he advanced to his first official construction job at an uncle’s electrical company while in college.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S in Construction Science and a minor in Business, Daniel worked for Byrne Construction Services for 13 years where he advanced over time to become Director of Virtual Design and Construction. He also previously worked as Senior Estimator and Senior Project Manager while with Byrne. At Ramel, Daniel now oversees and manages all construction related operations and deliverables to be performed and executed.

Daniel holds a Certificate in Construction Management – Building Information Modeling. Outside of work, Daniel can be found spending time with his wife, two kids, and Fenway, the family Cane Corso. In addition, he competes in adult soccer and football leagues of his own, and coaches his children’s football, basketball, and soccer teams. When he’s not spending time watching, playing, or coaching sports, you can find Daniel in the outdoors, hunting, camping, or fishing, or socializing with friends and family.
